Fall Staff Appreciation Day

Join Staff Council for a day of fall activities, food and fun to celebrate Missouri S&T staff!
Schedule of events
9:30 a.m. | Child Development Halloween parade
Meet at the Puck for the parade. Bring treats or small giveaways for the children if you’d like.
10 a.m. | Pumpkin painting
Location: Innovation Lab lawn
Limited to 30 participants. Sign up for pumpkin painting.
11 a.m. | S&T Amazing Race
Location: Arrival District lawn
Each station is sponsored by a campus college or department. Sign up for the Amazing Race.
11 a.m.–1 p.m. | Lunch
Food trucks will be available in the Arrival District drive. Hot dogs, popcorn and drinks will be available in the Innovation Lab.
11 a.m. | Basket raffle opens
Location: Innovation Lab
Browse the raffle baskets and enter for a chance to win. Winners will be announced at 1 p.m. Departments are invited to donate baskets.
11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. | Chili and soup cook-off
Location: Innovation Lab
Sample chili and soup entries with a donation. The winner will be announced at 12:30 p.m. Sign up for the cook-off.
Noon | Halloween costume contest judging
Location: Innovation Lab
Categories include best overall, most creative, best group costume, best DIY, best pop culture reference and People’s Choice Award.
1 p.m. | Rain gutter regatta
Location: Innovation Lab lawn
What to Expect: No boats, just rubber duckies! Participants will race rubber duckies, with two competing in each race. Races will take place every 5 minutes, and all materials will be provided. No need to bring anything!
Limited to 20 participants. Sign up for the regatta.
Music and food donations
Enjoy music by KMNR on the Innovation Lab lawn.
Support the Mines to Meals food collection drive! Bring a food donation to receive one free raffle ticket.
