Staff Day is May 27th! This year we will be having a Picnic at the Puck! After this year's Staff Excellence Awards in Leach Theatre, step out into the sun and check out some hot cars at this year's car show on Main Street. After that, mosey on over to the puck for picnic*, music and games. The Food Auction is back again this year at the Havener Center, stop by and bid on some fabulous food! We will also be raffling off door prizes again this year. Details on the type of prizes will be available soon.

*Lunch will be FREE with the purchase of a $10 Staff Day t-shirt ($12 for xxl & xxxl) or $6 without.
*Menu includes: hamburgers, brats, hot dogs, pasta salad, chips, cookies and brownies!

Staff Council is asking faculty, staff and students to help with the Friday Backpack Program, facilitated by the Hope Alliance of Missouri.... Jadwin, Wade There are a number of children in our area that don't get enough to eat over the weekend. Staff Council is asking faculty, staff and students to help with the Friday Backpack Program, facilitated by the Hope Alliance of Missouri. This program helps fill the nutritional gap over the weekend for young students who exhibit signs of needing extra food and nutrition.

Each child receives a backpack filled with nutritious pre-assembled food to take home on Fridays. Although many kids look forward to weekends, for others, weekends are a time when they go hungry. The backpacks help fill this void for more than 205 students from Rolla and Newburg elementary schools.
